As MRT Mining Industry and Trade Inc., we were established in 2013 with the goal of identifying the most productive economic mines and marble reserves that are visually appealing and bringing them into the economy by operating them with the least amount of environmental impact and carbon footprint. In recently, we have continued to operate marble and mining businesses in several parts of Turkey while also doing reserve research in Turkey and other nations. At the same time, we strive to develop new ways and production techniques to reduce the environmental impact of mining. The natural harmony of our reserves’ singularity, the fact that we do research centered on the family members we collaborate with, and the opportunity to work with cooperative family members who are regional leaders is the secret of our motivation as the MRT Family.
MRT continues its research and development efforts, placing a premium on ensuring maximum long-term production efficiency. MRT regards each of our cooperating family members as a business partner and places a high value on business relationships and the success of our cooperating family members. MRT’s marketing strategy is based on growing together by establishing long-term relationships that nourish each other with family members in existing collaboration, rather than constantly seeking new collaborating family members. MRT works in collaboration with capable colleagues who oversee daily managerial, financial, accounting, and export operations in MRT Istanbul office. In addition, the company employs proficient and valuable teammates who manage production and sales operations at its quarries. Today, as MRT Family, we have prioritized respect for all working family members and stakeholders, environmental and occupational safety regulations, reserve development, product quality, and cooperative family member services.

We accept our fundamental principle to be a consistent, honest, and dependable company by keeping our dignity and self-respect above all else thanks to our management approach that is based on respect for people and MRT Family members. As MRT Family, we are aware that many environmental hazards are avoidable within the framework of national and international legal environmental regulations, and that no job is more crucial than the natural environment and life, and no job is so urgent that it can begin without taking measures to protect the environment and people.
