As MRT, we are proud to have implemented one of our most important projects in June 2025, in line with our greenMRT® vision and goals—a project that has a significant positive impact on our carbon footprint by recycling our marble waste (overburden) and reintegrating it into the economy. On this occasion, we are also honored to immortalize the name of our valued colleague, mining engineer Yetkin Uyanıker, who contributed greatly to bringing our operations to this point and worked with dedication during the establishment of this facility, and whom we sadly lost due to a serious illness. We will never forget you, our dear Yeto.

greenMRT® is an internal initiative established to minimize the environmental impacts of production processes at our quarries and to ensure the most efficient use of natural resources.

In this context, MRT has developed its own Green Manifesto and has made continuous improvement in related areas its mission. You may review this manifesto at any time on our website.
